Hilton Waikoloa Village is a 62-acre oceanfront resort on the Kohala Coast of Hawaii — one of the most recognized luxury resort properties in the Pacific. Hilton Waikoloa Village operates one of the most demanding premium pool environments in the United States. Guests expect resort-grade service from the moment they claim a cabana — and the property needed a way to deliver that experience consistently, across dozens of premium seating locations, without adding staff overhead or compromising the visual standard of the Hilton brand.
When Pool Safe first approached the property, Hotel Manager Simon Amos and his team conducted a full due diligence review. Their finding: nothing comparable existed in the hospitality marketplace.

Pool Safe installed 40 LounGenie units across the resort pools in mid-December. Installation, training, and go-live were completed in short order — without disrupting hotel operations during peak season.
