HOW DEPLOYMENT WORKS
Three Steps. From First Call To First Rental.
ONE — PROPERTY REVIEW
Initial consultation, layout analysis, and custom deployment plan tailored to your property.
TWO — INSTALL & TRAIN
Manufacturing, shipping, on-site installation, and full staff training. Days, not weeks of disruption.
THREE — ACTIVATE & EARN
Revenue begins on the first rental. Pay only when a LounGenie-equipped seat is rented.
STEP ONE · PROPERTY REVIEW PHASE
Property Review.
We learn your pool deck and design your custom deployment.
We start with a consultation to understand your cabanas, daybeds, and premium seating. Our team reviews layout, guest flow, and service workflow to recommend the best placement — and projects revenue potential before you commit to anything. Nothing moves forward until you approve the plan.
| Your Role | Our Role |
|---|---|
| Initial consultation (phone or video) | Floor plan + workflow analysis |
| Share floor plan and seating map | Recommended unit placement |
| Confirm branding preferences | Revenue projection for your property |
| Approve the pla | Custom deployment plan delivered |

STEP TWO · INSTALLATION & TRAINING PHASE
Resort Cabana System Installationn & Staff Training.
We deliver, install, and train your team — in days, not weeks.
We manufacture, custom-brand, ship, and install every unit at your property. No construction, no trenching, no electrical work — units mount directly into existing cabanas and premium seats. Your team receives on-site training. Most properties are fully installed in days, not weeks.
| Your Role | Our Role |
|---|---|
| Confirm install dates | Manufacture units in your branding |
| Make F&B / poolside staff available for training | Ship, install, mount, configure |
| Run a soft launch with staff | On-site staff training |
| — | Alignment with existing F&B service workflow |
STEP THREE · ACTIVATE & EARN PHASE
Activate & Earn.
Your premium seating earns more. Your team operates exactly as before.
Guests tap one button for service. Staff get instant alerts on a dedicated monitor showing the exact cabana location. Service flows faster. Guests stay longer. F&B revenue grows. We handle all ongoing service — included in the revenue-share model. You pay only when a LounGenie-equipped seat is rented.
Verified post-deployment outcome: Cowabunga Bay reported F&B uplift in writing and expanded the program to additional VIP seating locations the following season.
