Pool Safe Inc. was incorporated in Toronto in 2012 with one mandate: close the gap between premium seating investment and premium guest revenue. Operators were spending heavily on cabanas, daybeds, and VIP seating. None of it had a durable way to convert into F&B yield, satisfaction scores, or repeat rentals.
The result was LounGenie — a commercial-grade, self-contained hospitality amenity unit that installs directly into existing cabanas, daybeds, clamshells, and premium seating environments without construction, wiring, or operational disruption.
