Pool Safe Inc. was incorporated in Toronto, Canada in 2012 with a single operational mandate: eliminate the gap between premium seating investment and premium guest revenue. Specifically, the company’s founders identified that hospitality operators were spending significant capital on cabanas, daybeds, and VIP seating infrastructure — but lacked any commercially durable way to convert that investment into consistent F&B yield, guest satisfaction scores, and repeat seating revenue.

The result was LounGenie — a commercial-grade, self-contained hospitality amenity unit that installs directly into existing cabanas, daybeds, clamshells, and premium seating environments without construction, wiring, or operational disruption.
