LounGenie FAQ

Practical answers on deployment, economics, and operations. High level only; executed agreements govern.

Product & guest experience

What is LounGenie?

A commercial-grade poolside station combining lockable storage, solar-assisted USB charging, beverage and ice staging where configured, and ordering or service paths on approved programs—built for hotels, resorts, waterparks, and cruise programs.

How does this relate to Pool Safe Inc. and the Pool Safe name?

Pool Safe Inc. is the public company (TSXV: POOL). Many field programs began under the Pool Safe product name; LounGenie is the hospitality-facing brand used in today's marketing and rollout conversations. The underlying hardware and service model are described on Product and Features.

Do guests need an app?

Paths are designed to be browser-forward on approved programs—no app wall for typical ordering flows. Your program details are confirmed during pilot design.

Does LounGenie replace our POS?

LounGenie is guest- and seat-side hardware with service pathways configured per program. How orders route into your kitchen or bar systems depends on your stack and the integration scope agreed for your pilot—confirmed during planning, not assumed on the marketing site.

Economics & partnership

How is pricing structured?

Operators may see revenue-share or direct purchase paths. Terms are per executed agreement. Use Revenue & ROI for narrative framing, then confirm details in commercial conversations.

What does a pilot include?

Pilot maps tie seat zones to operating goals; training and checkpoints align to your calendar. Expansion follows documented performance—not a one-size template.

Can you share benchmark revenue numbers?

We discuss outcomes in context of your seating inventory, pricing, and service model. Any directional benchmarks shared in commercial conversations should be treated as illustrative; executed agreements and your own operating data define results.

Implementation & support

How long does deployment usually take?

Timing depends on property readiness, operating calendar, and pilot scope. Most teams start with a focused deployment that is fast to evaluate, then expand only after agreed checkpoints are met.

How do we handle internal approval?

We recommend a cross-functional review with operations, F&B, facilities, and finance before contract finalization. If your team needs corporate context, link to Investor Relations and official disclosures.

Where can I see how rollout is sequenced?

See How it works for the guest and operator flow, then book a demo to map it to your property.

Operations & environment

Will it hold up outdoors?

The enclosure is built for weather-resistant, high-traffic pool decks. Site-specific factors are reviewed during assessment.

Where can I see proof?

Start with Proof & results and case studies for named references where approvals allow.
