Pool Safe Completes Reverse Merger and Acquires Lounge Innovations Inc.

Pool Safe Inc. is pleased to announce the successful completion of a reverse merger with Lounge Innovations Inc., a private company holding exclusive rights to the LounGenie poolside amenity technology and brand. Pool Safe Inc. shareholders now own all rights, patents and intellectual property associated with the LounGenie product line and market opportunity.
The transaction provides Pool Safe Inc. with immediate access to a fully developed, market-ready product platform with demonstrated demand from hospitality properties across North America. Management expects the combined entity to execute rapid deployment of LounGenie units and capitalize on a growing addressable market in the hospitality and leisure sectors.
