Pool Safe Announces Closing of Extension of Sr. Secured Debenture and Bonus Warrants

Pool Safe Inc. (TSX-V: POOL) announces the closing of the extension of its senior secured debenture and the associated bonus warrants. The extension was approved by debenture holders and provides the Company with additional financial flexibility as it continues its LounGenie unit deployment program.
